Step 2
- Remove these 4 bolts in the rear undertail to allow for easier removal of stock license plate bracket
Step 3
- Next you’ll need to unplug the stock turn signals. Disconnect the BLUE, ORANGE & two GREEN wires. Pay attention as to what color pertains to LEFT signal and RIGHT signal for later.
Step 4
- Now to unbolt the stock license plate bracket using a 12mm socket on these 2 bolts.
Step 5
- Stock license plate bracket will now hang.
Step 6
- To remove the stock license plate you’ll need to forcefully wiggle it around the plastic undertail section to pop it out.
Step 7
- Time to insert the MotorcycleModz fender eliminator as shown.
Step 8
- Should look like this when feeding it through.
Step 9
- Should lay flat once fully inserted.
Step 10
- You'll need a 5mm hex Allen wrench and 13mm socket to install the new hardware
Step 11
- Your choice on orientation to install the new hardware. We decided to go with the bolt head on the outside and nut and washer on the inside of the Navi.
Step 12
- Tighten until both bolts are snug.
Step 13
- You've now finished the install! Go grab a beer or another beverage to celebrate.
Step 14
- Install your license plate to the MotorcycleModz Fender Eliminator.
